Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai, and sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, crown prince of Abu Dhabi, have inaugurated Al Wasl Plaza, the heart of the Expo 2020 Dubai site.
